CCH works alongside Haitian partners to develop efficient, effective, mission-driven, community-led and sustainable initiatives.
CCH started out by providing healthcare to those in need and continued that work for more than two decades before adding other areas of ministry.
In 2012, two years after moving operations to Jacmel and providing critical post-earthquake medical support, CCH started an education ministry, and in 2014, we added a community development ministry. All of our activities are integrated by an emphasis on physical and spiritual health and wellness, with spiritual care underlying who we are and all that we do.
Our home base is in Haiti’s southern coastal city of Jacmel, though we serve a vast population surrounding Jacmel in the southeast region (or Sud Est department) of Haiti.
All these years later, we love that our work in Haiti is not separate and distinct pillars. Rather, our ministry areas are frequently intertwined with staff from different programs who work together to better serve in and around Jacmel. As we say in Haiti, “we are one CCH”!
Faith is the foundation of CCH, exemplified in clinic prayer, short devotionals before training meetings, and in our weekly devotional/prayer meeting with our US staff and Haiti leadership staff. Read more…
Our healthcare program includes a Primary Care Clinic, a PT/OT Rehab Clinic, a pharmacy, a vaccination program, and school nurses. Our qualified staff compassionately cares for every patient. And in 2025, our clinics welcomed more than 28,600 patient consultations! Read more…
