Redskins v. Cowboys Raffle Winners!
Congratulations to Tom King and Roger Beless for winning one pair each of executive suite tickets to the Nov. 20 Redskins vs. Cowboys game.
It seems appropriate that Tom is a Redskins fan and Roger is a Cowboys fan!
Thanks to everyone who donated to CCH over the past three weeks, making them eligible for this special fundraising raffle.
Thanks, too, to the individuals who helped as raffle promoters, especially Marc Rene, Training Specialist with NISH, who served as CCH Raffle Coordinator.
TRIPS

The Community Coalition for Haiti cordially invites you to join a mission team.
Groups usually go for one week: Saturday travel; Sunday fellowship and orientation; Monday through Friday volunteer programs plus visits to local sights; Saturday return.
The fee is $1,000 per person, which includes lodging, meals, in-country transport and travel medical insurance. Teams stay in CCH's mission house, pictured on this blog.
Your Impact:
MEDICAL: Work with CCH staff in treating the sick, injured and disabled at our health facility in Jacmel, where primary health care, rehabilitation services and specialized surgery are provided. Medical professionals also visit rural areas with CCH's mobile clinic. More than 300 medical professionals have cared for approximately 22,000 patients in Jacmel and other areas. In addition to caring for the poor, you will be training Haitian medical professionals to give better care in the future. Skills include primary care, pediatrics, OT/PT, nursing, nutrition, urology, surgery, and orthopedics.
HOUSING: The 2010 earthquake left 1.5 million people homeless or displaced. With your help, CCH will provide housing for 250 families in the next five years. Assist a Haitian family with building and earning a home. Train Haitians in new construction skills. Together, Block by block, we can build a new Haiti.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH: Work one on one or in a group to reach Haitians for Christ. Volunteers and Haitians are transformed through various forms of outreach, such as Vacation Bible School, Jesus film evangelism, pastoral training sessions, and sports.
